HOW DID WE GET STARTED?

Many years ago, I began making handmade, authentic Thai springrolls. I learned by watching and helping in the Thai kitchen of a friend's mom in high school. Everyone who ate my springrolls loved them and everyone kept telling me "you should sell these!". A couple of years ago, I had the opportunity to run a food booth at a local Saturday farmers market. The springrolls were very popular and I got tons of compliments. Plus, I found that I thoroughly enjoyed cooking for others at events that I have enjoyed attending all of my life. Recently, my family became involved in RC car racing at several tracks in the Tampa area and after noticing a need for concessions at these events, we began selling food at all of the local races as well as state races throughout Florida.

Our business has grown faster than we can ever imagine and we really love our jobs. We get to spend time with each other as well as all of the great friends that we have made along the way.
